Slowly fry Halloumi cheese in a frying pan with a little extra-virgin olive oil and lightly brown it on all sides.
While the Halloumi cheeseis frying you can lightly grill the sourdough bread by brushing the oil mixture over the slices and grilling on both sides till slighlty browned and firm on both sides but not hard.
Transfer the sourdough grilled slices onto the plates of tossed salad and top with the grilled Halloumi cheese slices.
