Stuffed tomatoes
- Large tomatoes
- Goat cheese
- Anchovy fillets
- Ground pepper
- Kalamata olives
- Chives
Mix cheese, anchovy fillets, chopped olives and pepper until smooth.
Cut tomatoes in half, and scop out pulp.
Spoon mixture into tomato shells, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
Cook in moderate oven 180’C for 15min. |
